At Studio Virupa, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless returns and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Studio Virupa tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email, or drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
